We help big companies to improve customer services automating interactions with consumers and/or company's intern network through different channels like chat, email, and voice.
We are working with more than 20 clients from different sectors like Banks, Insurance Companies, Utilities, Public Sector, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, etc.
We're interested in knowing the main potential customers in Spain and Latin America, primarly Banks and Insurance companies.

Bank and Insurance companies and other big companies like Telco, Oil and mass consumption.

Entregables

Los Entregables ayudan a estructurar el trabajo en varias fases. En cada entregable/fase, el estudiante enviará una parte del trabajo, para que Estudiante y Empresa puedan debatir el trabajo en puntos intermedios.

Dimensionamiento y categorías de los clientes


In order to understand our market, we need to segment it based on the different types of customers that we may have. We need to know our market in "numbers."

For each niche we would like to know the size of our segment and any additional data that will help us understand the market.

Document Word/Excel/Power point or equivalent in Google Docs that shows our market in numbers.

Prioritization and sales strategy


We would like to know which type of customers we should approach first. Obviously, we need the previous information (segment size), but also how easy is to access each of them (there will be segments easier to approach than others).
Also, tell us how we should approach each segment (Phone call? On-site?Commercial premises? Display digital marketing? Search marketing?)

List of clients, associations, useful sources of information.


Once we understand our market, we would like to start selling! All the public information that you have/will obtained about the clients, sources of information such as lists of clients, associations and specialized webs of the sector that will help us identify potential customers and their contact information (phone number, email, website, twitter profile, Facebook groups)
