We are looking for an innovative, very hands-on problem solver Business Analyst Intern who will help us to create from scratch, and improve and manage business processes and projects, to make them more scalable as we keep on growing.
Reporting to our Business Development Manager, Yasir Valdivieso, this unique opportunity will teach you how to build a business from scratch, how to solve absolutely any problem, and the mentality to achieve any goal.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Strategy and execution - identify areas of improvement through the analysis of metrics and develop new processes to enhance operations.
- Operating efficiency - work closely with other teams to build operational processes to ensure sustainable operations that can continue scaling. We are currently looking to scale our network of field agents in a similar way to those of Uber drivers, Deliveroo raiders, etc.
- Product - work closely with Product to help define the priority tools and features that need to be built to ensure we continue to run a lean growth machine.
- Run operations – own and lead the daily operations of the business.
About You:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient in technology, especially Microsoft Office applications.
- BSc degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, etc)
- Availability to work full-time
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Highly organized and with a proven ability to oversee several projects simultaneously.
- Proactive qualities with the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Is this a part-time internship?
We are ideally looking for full time interns, as there is a big chance to become part of the team if the internship goes well!
This being said, we are open to consider candidates that are not available full time at the moment but will be soon (in 2-3 months)

Yes, it is!
Do you offer a full remote or office-based role?
We have a hybrid set up. This being said, we try to go to the office often as we are still a small company and we believe it is essential to be close to each other in the day-to-day.
